  : I liked the close access to the facility I had surgery. I liked that they were able to get us a bottom floor room. I liked that they supplied me with extra pillows and blankets.
  : It wasn't as nice as I expected for an "excellent 8+ hotel". I was disappointed that my husband had to make several trips to the front desk for items. Other hotels I've stayed at, have had a maid or bell hop, to bring the items I needed. There wasn't enough washcloths or hand towels when we arrived. But I have to say, the worst part of the entire thing, was the bed. Myself or my husband slept more than 2 hours, the night we arrived. The bed is so hard. The room is pretty small. The next night is when I had my surgery and that night was a nightmare for both of us. I couldn't wait for the 2 1/2 hour ride home. Oh, my husband said there was alot of yelling and screaming in the hallway and he thought someone was trying to get in the room. I didn't hear, because I wear earplugs. That was the first night and in the middle of the night. Well, I'm sorry I couldn't give a better review. Sharon

  : The bedroom and bathroom was very clean. No dust, normal wear and tear. The hotel was very welcoming. Checkin was fast and explained all the details clearly.
  : Breakfast was poor. The kitchen staff didn't get the hot food selections replaced in a timely manner. Not many selections to choose from and limited on space and the coffee set up wasn't very good. The elevators stopped working the day we checked out., we were on the 4th floor, no signs no acknowledgment from hotel staff. And when we checked out, the desk lady was eating and was pretty slow and her communication was poor.

  : The breakfast was good and I liked the coffee machines alot
  : The elevators weren't working and usually I don't use them but my friend has mobility issues so I felt bad for her

  : Reception was very unprofessional. Asked 6 hours earlier for early check in which was told could happen. Finally got in at 3:10! Very disrespectful!
