  : 1. The room size is comfortable 2. The closet is practical 3. The desk size is good. 4. Overall, the room was sufficiently clean.
  : 1. The water pressure from the shower jet is disappointingly low, and the shower handle design is impractical. 2. The gym lacks proper cleanliness and maintenance. It's not up to the expected standards. 3. It's absurd that there's no access to still water during breakfast. 4. The employees displayed unprofessional behavior, barely paying attention when spoken to. My colleagues from the US were equally surprised by the subpar service quality and communication. 5. The bartender's limited English proficiency left customers bewildered and seeking assistance from each other. 6. I left my hat at the hotel and called them five times. Despite promises of a callback, none occurred. Opening a customer service ticket didn't yield any real assistance, and they consistently misspelled my name in emails.

  : Very modern, great interior, great entrance, We loved the breakfast!
  : We stayed on 8th floor which is the top of the building. The hot water was not coming out of the faucet fully. We had to wait to fill the tub for longer than usual.

  : The breakfast was amazing, loved the omelette bar! It was quiet, very clean, and we appreciated the cleaning service. Lots of hotels never brought daily service back after Covid, so we really loved clean towels every day.

  : The hotel was around nice and comfortable. The breakfasts buffet was very solid. The gym, spa and pool area was very nice and relaxing. Beds were very firm but comfortable.
  : When we first got there the room we first got was very dirty. We told the staff they got us a second room, that room was better but still could use a little tlc. The room was very hot. Thermostat was not working properly.
