  : Staff was very friendly. Mostly clean
  : The bathtub was pretty gross looking and there was a giant water stain in ceiling as well as a smaller one over bed.

  : There were bugs in first room including large quantity in the toilet. We switched rooms and the second room had very dirty sheets and some bugs. My son left his beloved stuffed animal in the room, and when I called later that day, they said they didnt have it and it was probably thrown away.

  : We did not realize it was in the rougher part of town and it smelled like chemicals.

  : It looked like the property was brand new and clean. Lately my friends and I have been staying in quite a few hotel rooms we feel that this place was the best.

  : We had to change rooms because the air conditioner and phone didnt work. Then in the second room the tv and phone didnt work. We didnt switch again because we were too tired and it was late. Then we discovered the shower was either very hot or cold. No warm water.

  : Nice location. Easy to get to from white field game day parking. Recent Reno and upgrades were nice. Breakfast was good. Walls are too thin so you can hear the people next door talking and throwing up all night. Ugh
  : Walls are thin! The group in the room next to us was LOUD and smoking pot- they were partying - we could not sleep. Also- the heater had 8 minute bursts of white noise then would shut off. If we could have kept the fan ON- we maybe would not have heard the next door room throwing up at 4:30 am and 5:30 and and again at 6:38 am- they were loudly wrenching after all their partying. Miserable to hear all of that - all night.
