  : Excellent location in the real centre of Sofia, nearby supermarket, metro stop and key spots on walking distance. Relatively large flat, not noisy street, all what needed available in the flat. Perfect for families. Kitchen well equipped. Host punctual. Excellent wi-fi. Very good value for money given the location.
  : The flat is overall in a decent condition but not newly renovated. The toilet was sometimes smelly. There are extremely light curtains at the windows, impossible to sleep without a mask due to light in the early morning. Only one bedroom is separated by a (glass) door, the other is somehow part of the living room area. No receipt upon cash payment. We were 30 minutes late at check-out but a bit irritating to be kinda rushed out because new guests where already checking-in well ahead of their check-in time. Do not travel by car, parking around is expensive and very difficult to find.

  : The location of the flat is really central and the flat is spacious. The kitchen was very well equiped in terms of utensils but the actual facilities were really old.
  : I was very disappointed about the flat. It looked nice enough in the pictures but the 2 main things that I needed (bathroom and a comfy bed) were not great. It wouldn't have taken them much to maintain the flat. The toilet was moving whenever you sat down. The bathroom stank - it was horrible. I get that sometimes it can be the plumbing but the fan wasn't working and there was no bathroom window so there was no way to get rid of the horrible smell. The shower head was completely broken - it was spraying water upwards because it was cracked and was making the whole bathroom wet. One of the bedrooms had seethrough curtains and the other one is right next to the road. I tried both and couldn't get much sleep in either.

  : Really good location. Very close to the city centre attractions. Close to a supermarket and metro station. Good local restaurant nearby. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean apartment x we enjoyed our stay.
  : Small sofa in the leaving room. Not big enough to accommodate four of us. Noisy floor in the leaving room. We had to be careful not to wake up the kids. It would be nice to have tea, coffee, milk and sugar as part of the welcome pack. It doesn't cost a lot but makes such a big difference for those who have travelled a long way.
