  : Kitchen was nice and looks recently redone. Bathrooms were clean.
  : Carpet wasn't very clean. There were chip crumbs and popcorn on the floor in the bedroom. Windows were hard to open and the sliding door was almost impossible to open. Outlet in bedroom furthest back interior wall doesn't work. Water temp in shower goes from hot to cold constantly. Probably wouldn't rent this unit again.

  : You are asking about breakfast. I was not aware there was a breakfast. We fixed and ate meals in the kitchen.
  : The rooms were not clean. The staff could have been more knowledgeable.

  : The place was very clean and easy to find.
  : It did not have central air- just a room air conditioner in the living room. It was smaller than expected and would have been very cramped for 6 people.

  : Location, The Village, and the views. Also, the large entryway into the lobby made it easy to park luggage cart while waiting for driver to park in the very spacious parking area. That may seem like a small thing, however, traveling with children, it was especially nice to get in and out of the elements while waiting to be picked up.
  : Front desk staff: not once did I see any of the front desk staff that I interacted with smile. The very first question that I asked the person who checked us in was answered with I dont know.. it is perfectly acceptable to not know the answer to a question, but the guest having to ask you to find out the answer, is neither the courteous nor professional. Two of our children enjoyed some time in the indoor pool. upon returning to the condo, we discovered that they had in advertently brought two sets of goggles that belong to the resort back to our condo with them. upon checking out and I explain that to the front desk and requested that she please get them back to the proper staff at the pool. I was told that they did not collect things for the pool area. That in and of itself is understandable however, your check out time is 11 am and the pool did not open until noon. Since she reached out and took the goggles, I am assuming that they were returned to the proper person. Again, no smile or thank you for staying with us, have a safe trip, etc. these comments are meant to be constructive and helpful. Thank you again for a very pleasant weekend celebrating a birthday at your resort

  : The Lodge is truly ski in - ski out. You walk out the door 10' from skiing down the slope. You can easily ski from the lift to the door.
  : Bugs. On the drive home it turned out several members of my family were significantly bug bit while staying in this unit.

  : Big lodge with lots of space for kids to play when it was cold and rainy out. Laundry was easy and convenient. Passcodes made it easy for everyone to get in and out easily without loosing key/pass. The free bike storage garage was an excellent addition!
  : A little dated and under construction in places, but Ill take it for the affordability.
