  : The condo itself was nice, clean and comfortable. Great size for our little family. It was a very convenient location. Everything we needed was in the condo. Pots, pans, utensils, etc. Bathroom was nice size. Directions for the television and cable services would be my only complaint for the condo itself. I had emailed the owner about staying another night and they were very quick to respond also and that was nice.
  : The parking was absolutely horrible. We had to pack all of our luggage and supplies up three flights of stairs due to not having any luggage racks to put them on. The elevator was broken when we left so even though we had a cart this time we couldn't use it and had to again pack everything down three flights of stairs. The parking garage was so cramped we had to literally crawl out of the back of the vehicle. To make matters worse we were charged $20 per day to park. That wasn't brought to our attention when the reservation was made. I seen one maintenance man the whole weekend. I didn't see any other staff to ask about the elevator situation

  : We felt the cost of parking our co.mpact SUV in the underground garage should have been included in our room price OR not quite so high.

  : when I booked the room it said junior suite it was actually a Murphy bed and a pull out sofa. the kitchen table was attached to the Murphy bed. it was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. when we had the Murphy bed down we had to block the doorway with the dinning chairs and our bags. it was a fire hazard. i feel as the description and pictures were deceptive when we booked. the next day we booked a different room as we would have tripped over each other. there were only 3 of us.
