  : Horrible service hotel is hot the room ac did not work in both rooms. Breakfast when there(lady would not refill in time) was horrible it looked like egg soup

  : I was woke up with housekeeping saying room was suppose to be vacant. Had to go front desk. This is the second stay that I have had staff try to enter the room while I was still there saying room is suppose to be empty

  : All very good and as expected from this brand chain. Extremely comfy mattress made me want to stay in bed all day. LOVED the bathroom plug with built-in night light - SOMETHING I wish EVERY hotel would provide!
  : The rolling chair provided for the desk was broken and could not use it at the desk. Really needed that feature for quiet work to prep for a meeting. I called front desk but they were not able to replace it quickly enough. Had to check out early to go to library to complete meeting prep. NOT a deal-breaker, but just inconvenient. I did report it at end of my stay, in hopes they will replace it before another customer has same issue. Maybe no one had ever reported the issue; that's my hunch, anyways.
