Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : Property location is on a busy road, difficult to cross, noisy. Very unkind host, who ruined our vacation. We had a request and tried to reach her via phone, she asked to message her, as she can't speak English well. I've send email and several messages via Booking chat, none of them were answered. When we arrived I talked to her and it turned she can actually speak English. When I asked why I didn't get an answer on my messages, she said it was not needed from her point of view. If I'm calling, texting, reaching Booking support to ask some Greek speaking agent to reach her, seem it is important to me. And when the other side doesn't care and purposely ignores, because for them is enough you made the reservation, it isn't a good hospitality.

  : Studio was lovely and clean, well presented with a great power shower which every body loves. The family run restaurant served gorgeous home cooked meals as well.The lovely beach is just across the road & Bus Stop 16 is right outside the studios for a short ride to Skiathos town or to the west of the island.

  : This was a great choice! We had a wonderful time! The location was amazing right across the beach and with a bus stop right outside. Very easy transportation to town and all other beaches on the island! The host was great and extremely helpful! The room was very nice with all the amenities we needed. The place was really clean with big comfortable beds also! Highly recommend !

  : beautiful apartment in a lovely location, the beach across the road is so nice - would definitely recommend, nice restaurants within walking distance and the bus runs so frequently its super easy to visit other beaches / the town!

  : The apartment was spotlessly clean, the beds were extremely comfortable & white towels & linen were exceptional. Very pleased with the location of the apartment . Not too far from the beach and the family run restaurant was outstanding .
  : There was nothing wrong at all except the property didnt have a swimming pool but we was aware of this .

  : The room was clean enough and has air con, the property is close to bus stop 16 and the beach.
  : Host was grumpy and unfriendly, didnt greet us just shouted i am the owner and check in is 3pm (the room thankfully was actually ready for us when she bothered to check). Note that if youre leaving luggage, it is just left outside. Housekeeping seemed to be sporadic. Shower in the normal room is terrible, you have to hold it and it has a sticky shower curtain. Worst part was the host knocking on our door at 00:30 (yes, half past midnight) to ask for us to pay for the room before we checked out the next day (this was needless since she was indeed around the next day at check out time, or could have asked earlier if she originally had other commitments that morning).

  : the studio is nice and well decorated, maybe the kitchen needs to be a bit refurbished. A good place to spend few night nights. the bed is comfortable
  : The behavior of the host. I want to highlight that we were affected by a flood and I needed to change place to stay. Although the situation was dramatic she asked why I did not go out before the firefighters came to rescue (with water at my knee was a bit a challenge) and suddenly asked to be paid and to search for another accommodation. I paid the days I stayed (without complaints) but I did not get any help to find another accommodation for the night: which was awful since I was just a tourist there. With other tourists affected, we could reach the city by our own means and with a bit of luck I could find a different accommodation. Zero help from the host! Moreover, before starting my holidays, I wrote some messages to have a confirmation regarding the stay and how to reach the town from the airport. She replied to just one of those. If I could have sent this message really in advance with this lack of customer service, I would have changed accommodation. The welcome was bad. I went for the check in and she asked her mother (a lovely lady who unfortunately does not speak English) to help me: the host was at he phone, she even didn't care about me. After accommodating in my studio, I tried to ask for her twice/3 times more during the afternoon but she was never there or she was constantly busy: so I decided to not to try again. Finally, my disappointment is not given by the flood, because it's an event you cannot predict and it's not linked to the stay, but by the lack of customer service in this place. I understand it's a family-run business but this doesn't mean you cannot be professional!

  : The day before our trip in Skiathos we discovered to have covid19 so we sent a message to Paris studios to tell them we couldn't leave asking them to do us a voucher to go another time since we had paid for the reservation which was non-refundable. The following morning we still hadn't heard back from Paris studios so we called several times and they never answered us.So we called Booking to ask them to contact the property too.Booking tried to contact them several times both by phone and via messages but Paris studios NEVER ANSWERED! Such behavior is shameful!We paid 400 without having been able to enjoy our stay and Paris studios did nothing to help us, they only thought about taking our money! S H A M E!!!
