  : it was really clean, good location and the stuffwere really nice and friendly only the wi-fi wasnt working during my stay.
  : We spend 3 days in Bellina Studios and everythingwas great unfortunately the internet Wi-Fi wasnt working and after notify them, they said that they couldnt do nothing. it was a pleasant stay butin this point it was pretty bad.

  : We have arrived to bellina studios and were not able to find any sign that showing us we are at the right place. The signal was not there that day (probably due to bad weather) so we cannot even load the photos of the property. We waited for a while but nobody was there. After ten minutes of searching for some signal I managed to load the phone number to property from Booking. A man picked it up, and assured me its gonna be "a minute". We waited for 52 minutes until a cleaning lady came (who cannot speak a word in english, so we practised a sign language). She was waved at us and spoke something in Greek and was gone. We waited another few minutes until she showed up again and we actually need to "force" her to show us in which studio we are staying. Finally after one hour we got there. Apartment was clean. After 30 minutes Bellina (the owner) came to ask if everything is ok. She was nice, however, the wifi was not working which I told her. She answered that it is windy today and it is probably caused by the bad weather (Wifi was connected to my phone but not connected to the internet), She told me she could try to reset it, which she did not. Wifi was not working even the next day, luckily, there was a mobile signal for the rest of our stay so I stopped trying to make wifi work.

  : The apartments are very close to the best beaches of the island
  : They had forgotten to clean the apartment before we arrived. There were no towel changes during our entire 3-night stay, and the room wasn't cleaned except for the second night. They even forgot to provide the supplementary bed we had requested before our arrival. I had to ask for a third towel, which they only provided on the second night, and it was dirty and smelled really bad. The only acceptable payment method is cash, and they won't provide a receipt.

  : Unfortunately, not all Greeks are trustworthy and empathetic. We booked here late in the evening but only stayed for a maximum of 20 minutes. Our agency had already booked something else for us in the meantime. We tried to talk and recover at least part of the amount, but the lady refused. She thought she would get rich with the 70 euros we gave her, which basically came as a bonus for her. Very sad. Surely, she will lose customers in the long run... an unforeseen fine or something. It's a shame she doesn't know that such gestures don't bring prosperity, quite the opposite. So, I recommend avoiding this owner. The rooms smelled very bad, they were outdated, and there was no mosquito net

  : The house is close to the bus station and only a few minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants are close by and everything can be reached easily by foot. The host was there when we arrived, so we received the key from her directly. The host was very helpful and provided lots of information around our stay in Skiathos. The beds are very comfy and room service is available every day to make the beds and provide new towels and bed linen regularly as needed. It is a quiet place and the AC is working properly, which was important during the hot days and nights in July when we were there.
  : There was no umbrella or any shade on the terrace, which made it impossible to sit outside in the morning. The kitchen is not really equipped for cooking, but for a small breakfast it works. The fridge is small but big enough to keep the main items cool. WiFi is available, but very slow when all apartments are booked and everyone tries to surf in the internet.
