  : great panoramic location
  : very unprofessional staff/management, nasty smell coming out of the bathroom siphon, very needy cleaning service, except for replacing the linens and toiletries the house was not cleaned one single day, stains on the floor at check-in were still there after check-out, almost every second towel had stains which is easily avoidable but creates such a bad impression especially at this budget, when explaining those to the facility manager at check-out he literally started shouting at us and complaining why we did not tell him that earlier and afterwards he confronted the cleaning lady on the telephone for confirmation because he did not believe us... all in all it was not a pleasant experience and for sure very very far from the luxury residence that someone would be used to. Under new more motivated and professional mgmt I could imagine this property unfolding its potential. Pity!

  : Stunning location overlooking town and harbor. We enjoyed just sitting on the upper balcony and observing the beautiful scenery, the sea and the lights below. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. It seemed well managed and meeting for keys etc., was very punctual.. Location made it an easy and quick 3 minute walk to town including restaurants and harbor and essentially everything Syvota has to offer..
  : The trade off for the glorious view is that when you walk to town, you have to return up the very steep road. Not terrible for young folks (or fit middle age folks) but would be grueling for many older folks. Driving up to the property on the same steep road was also interesting. There were also few little oddities about the place which could easily be remedied but detracted from our stay.: The lighting in the bedrooms was rather horrible. There was just one overhead, unpleasant light. A few lamps, bed lights for reading, or some sort of indirect lighting, would have made a big difference. Difficult lighting for relaxing or reading. They also could use another night table, as on one side of the bed, there was just a useless empty space. Lastly there was no microwave in a otherwise fully equipped kitchen......cappuccino maker, but no microwave?!
