: This was our second visit at syvota and it did not disappoint. Mr. Simos and his daughter Irene were excellent hosts and they have given us great tips for the area. The place is exactly what you see in the photos. Nice spacious garden (if you have kids they'll probably love it as well) and comfortable rooms. It is literally 2-3 minute walk to the village (but it is really quiet) and 10-15 minutes to most of the beaches by car. I would definitely recommend it for your visit there.

: If you need a place to relax and explore Sivota, Anneta Studios is the perfect place to stay! It is near to the village, to all the shops and the restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed. Also there is a very nice garden with swings for little children. And of course the kindness and the hospitality of Simo and his family is remarkable!

: Cosy, calming place in center location in Sivota, but away from noise, in beautiful garden. Irini is a warm, caring person and takes care that you get all that you need. House has everything for a short stay, bathroom is clean, bed extra comfy, smells fresh and well maintaned; you even have a stovetop to cook outside, if you want to. We would love to come and visit you again!
