  : The location is perfect, just 5 min walk from the city center and the beach. The pool was good and clean, the room is big and the view from the balcony to the sea is amazing. They had some nice colleagues in the animation team. The lunch and dinner were tasty, the selection is great, they offer food from different cuisines. They also list the different allergens.
  : The building and the rooms are old, not maintained well, I needed to ask for a maintenance twice for the lights within 10 days. There is no cleaning on Sunday, but when there is, it could be more precise. The breakfast is always the same, there is just a few options for vegetables (cucumber, tomato, olives). All the cocktails included in the all inclusive are made from cheap ingredients and made with a huge portion of syrup, therefore all are really sweet. I asked the bartender if he can make a dry, sour, bitter or even a spicy cocktail but he told me that he is aware of everything is really sweet and full of sugar, but they cannot offer anything else. There is definitely a room for improvement there, confirmed also by the staff. I was staying in October, the hotel is closed from 18 Oct and therefore the staff is already exhausted and tired, they are not smiling, not welcoming the guests warmly or willing to help the customers. I understand that the season is almost over and they are tired but if you pay for a service, you expect the quality.

  : We chose Hotel Panorama based on good reviews from previous travelers and its location near many beaches. Upon arrival at the room, we were shocked by the mold in the entire bathroom, the moldy furniture and the very neglected appearance of the room. After complaining at the reception, the staff willingly changed our room. Unfortunately, there was also mold in the bathroom, less compared to the previous one, but it was... We accepted the room, my wife bought disinfectants and we cleaned it ourselves. We had paid all inclusive, the meals throughout the day were excellent. On the other hand, drinks, whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic, were of an inferior level. The hotel pool was nice and clean, it was possible to borrow towels for the beach for free. Overall, this is an old hotel that requires renovation to match the current era. A room for 2 people with all inclusive for around 180 per night for two people is absolutely inadequate, we were very disappointed.
