  : Worst 4 star all-inclusive experience: Cold food and one way plastic cups. Never received shower gel or fresh towels. Next to the hotel was a stinky river.

  : The staff made us feel very welcome. We arrived at 9am and were able to check in straight away. The food was good, accomodation was comfortable and facilities were good. Glad we had a room with the private pool as the lounge chairs by the main pool were always full. Great barman as well with very generous pours!
  : Location was close to a smelly canal and quite isolated from other towns/attractions. Buses from local tour companies did help though

  : Breakfast was good. Gym on site was a bonus. Good size of the pool.

  : location is perfect. food was good taste and well made whoever sometmes it was cold and no microwave available. all the staff are kind and helpful they doing all the best to make you feel happy and satisfied.
  : WiFi is very poor. smokers everywhere makes the pool nd the dining area unpleasant. there is a corner for smokers but they are not forced to smoke just overthrew. hard uncomfortable bed. mouldy wardrobe (we had to keep our clothes in the bag and keep the wardrobe closed as it stinks. if you like to sleep longer inthe morning do not take the rooms 403-407 as close to the cleaning facilities and workers wake you up. same kind of desserts every day.

  : Was in a great location everything was in walking distance, hotel grounds are lovely and well kept, staff were very friendly, swim up rooms are great
  : Rooms could be cleaner, electricity kept going off in our room, no English speaking tv channels, all inclusive but no snacks throughout the day, a few touches to bring it up to a good 4 star, needs more entertainment during peak season
