: Nice hotel in quiet location, very good breakfast and dinner. Some room are really nice and renewed and some are older. Receptionists are very helpful and kind with good knowledge of english, what is rare in this location.
: The cleaning services need improvement (spider webs on the wall, old pastry behind the bed, full bin after previous clients never been emptyed during our stay).

: The hotel is an ok choice for spending a week at the Balaton. It has all basic features in a working way, plus an outside pool and bar for conveniance. The playground and playroom for children add to the family suitability. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet with small food variations keeps you fed. The walk to the nearby public beach is short, some restaurants are nearby (if you look for an alternative to the hotel's own supper course). The environment is calm so sleeping with open windows is no problem.
: Several staircase and room equipment made a rather provisional impression, like electric cables hanging loose or ripped wallpaper. Although a regular room for 3 people there was hardly any space to store clothes etc. The pictures promise a standard which cannot be fully met. Walking to the centre takes quite a while, with a bus connection only once or twice per hour; but that's not in the hand of the hotel.
