  : The staff were lovely, room adequate and clean.
  : It was so noisy til the small hours of the morning. Doors banging constantly. Noisy revellers loudly talking til 3.30 am. I could not sleep it was awful. In the room opposite, a man was chain smoking mariajuana and the smell was so strong and came into my room. I reported it on the 2nd night and they dealt with it. I couldn't fault the staff. It was clean. I loved the idea of the kitchens and the croissants were pleasantly nice.I just couldn't sleep for all the noise! It was shocking.

  : Friendly staff, great location. Complimentary pastry and drink for myself and my partner. A great social space downstairs and laundry facilities provided at a small charge. The most affordable hotel we've found in the area with the best reviews. There is not much to fault.
  : I wish the staff would have changed our bedding/towels more. We were told that the bedding would only be changed once a week, but we were hoping that our towels would have at least been changed once after being there for five days. We left signs on our door each day to allow the cleaners to come in, but no one came. We had to go downstairs in the night twice to ask for extra toilet roll ask we were only provided with one for the whole of our stay.
