  : Cleanliness, decor, towels and bedding were excellent quality. Nice touch of GH brownies in room on arrival.
  : Room temperature was very hot overnight. Unlucky but the kitchen had no gas the next morning so our breakfast options were limited. Situation made worse by breakfast being really delayed despite being told when it should arrive (we had a funeral to attend so couldnt just keep waiting - we had already waited over 35 minutes and we were the only guests there. Had to leave without it). Front of house staff that morning very flustered (understandably with the gas problem in the kitchen) but they could have done a better job at being discrete / making the phone calls to fix it not stood in the main restaurant. No one wants to wake up to a stressy situation. Restaurant prided themselves on having lots of free from options but the sausage in the cooked English breakfast wasnt GF. Tesco finest sausages are naturally GF and have a wide selection of varieties so it was disappointing they didnt have GF sausages.

  : The hotel seems rather new and well preserved, so it was a very good experience. We gained free slices of cake and welcome drinks. Good infrastructure, the bedroom was comfortable and had sufficient room for our things. Good bathroom also.
  : Our stay could have been perfect but for the fact that there was no hot water available due to a problem in the hotel boiler (as we were told by the staff). We were informed about this issue upon arrival and offered a 25% discount on the price paid. When we looked for other reviews on the hotel online, we saw that the problem had been going on for at least 10 days-2 weeks, so we'd expect to be informed about that sooner. Unfortunately, this issue impaired our overall experience.

  : The room and staff were very good. It is a very nice hotel with very good, helpful staff and really nicely appointed rooms.
  : The stay was slightly let down by the fact that some refurbishments were happening while I was there. When I arrived there was no hot water although it did come on later. I had to look for staff to check in and out because they had to situate themselves in different places due the work in the main reception area. There was some signage about this, but it wasn't particularly clear, and it had not been communicated to me before my arrival.
