  : The location seemed fine - lots of cheap eateries- but was very noisy one night. The hotel itself was attached to a really nice restaurant.
  : One night we were kept awake until 5 am by a crowd of youths outside our hotel with a boom box. We had no way of contacting staff to ask them to get the local police to move them on - when we told a member of staff what had happened the next morning she said we were emailed an emergency number but when I checked my emails all I found was five emails from them offering me a transfer from the airport. Also very sadly I left a silver bangle in the hotel room and when I rang after the holiday ( the number on the website didnt work) eventually got hold of the right number and finally someone answered it, the person I spoke to couldnt have been less interested. He said he would check but I had the distinct impression he wouldnt. Sad because there were so many nice things about the hotel.

  : Minor issues: tea and coffee for the room: no milk or coffee available in communal facility outside of the room. Shower tiles very slippery when wet. We nearly slipped twice while showering. A rubber mat should be made available

  : The hotel was clean, fresh and the staff very friendly.
  : Although our room was very clean and looked lovely. It was a little too contempary and basic. No drawers for clothes or facilities for long clothes. Toilet and shower/washing facilities all only separated from the rest of room by frosted glass.. Couldn't have windows open at night as too noisy or curtains during day as all overlooked.Felt very isolated as asked hotel to book taxi for 4.15am pickup. It didn't arrive and quite frightening as thaught we were going to miss our flight. Being two ladies on own. In end had to run down to other end of square with suitcases where luckily there was 1 taxi free.

  : The fact that the bathroom isn't private in room, so sharing with a friend wasn't appropriate. There is no shower door and toilet room had a frosted door with space underneath. I would highly recommend adding a sliding door to the shower area for privacy.

  : Lighting, no separate light for the bathroom in the room.....made everything a little "awkward".

  : Luxury accommodation above a thriving restaurant - with a lift. We loved the neighbourhood which was very different to our expectations. It is a thriving community with an abundance of bars and restaurants, easily accessible to the different attractions in a fairly large city. Macarena may not be the most salubrious district but it was warm, welcoming, really interesting and very accessible on a number of different bus routes.
  : Even at my most nit-picking I couldn't find any room for improvement.
