  : Thorough information prior to arrival including how to access the property with keybox codes and location. Clean, tidy apartment, with comfortable large bed for two people. Kitchen was basic but had enough of the essentials to make small things. Good bathroom facilities and nice large living space
  : The apartment was nice but the photos on the listing were unclear what your actual apartment might look like (some of the photos look better than the apartment itself). Not sure why it was necessary to have so much personal information provided for check-in, but maybe this was something to do with the city/country regulations?

  : Great location near the main sites with great restaurants and coffee spots around. Large space, very clean and a/c for those warm days. Easy to check in ourselves when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

  : The location was perfect, right in the city centre. The appartment has a fully equiped kitchen and the coffee machine was really usefull. The hosts were answering fast to our questions.
  : The bedroom had a closed space area smell, and no window except a small one before entering the room. We avoid renting windowless rooms, but in this case, we checked the appartment pictures in booking, and it was actually the picture of another room (very luminous and with a wide window). In opposition, this room was dark and not ventilated. Overal, because of these reasons, we had to sleep in the living room on the extended couch, it was acceptably confortable so we did not ask the host to change the room for the one in the posted booking pictures.Exact photos of the rooms should be posted on booking.

  : Larger unit meant there was a lot of space and privacy within the unit. There was a washer which was useful for doing laundry. Note that laundry detergent was not included. There was also a drying rack for clothes. At 80 euro/night (late Sept 2023), quite a reasonable find. Great location. Nice patio in complex for chilling. Couldn't hear any street traffic or any of the guests for that matter.
  : The property only provided one set of keys - a key for the main door of the complex, a key for the unit door, and then another key for an internal unit patio door (we were on a GF unit). However, you need to use the main complex door key to exit the accommodation, so if you have one person going out, the other is effectively trapped inside the complex. This can be OK if the other person has no intention to go out (eg if they're napping), but if they just want to rest for a bit and then go out, they're stuck until you get back, or if someone else just happens to be leaving at the same time. Note that it is probably a good idea to keep your unit door unlocked if someone's taken the keys as this would be a fire hazard (no way for in-unit person to leave if the door is locked). Other things to note - sofa bed was acceptable, not particularly comfortable but not uncomfortable either. Windows were multi-layered, a wooden partition to block light, plus curtains, however no screens so there were some mosquitoes when we kept the window open in late September. The bathtub glass partition (so that the shower faucet wouldn't get the floor wet) was incorrectly installed in our unit (installed in the back end instead of the front where faucet was), so we had to be a bit careful while showering. There's also no luggage storage here so we had to leave our bags at the "Stow your bags - luggage storage - Catedral de S. Maria" around the corner before check-in (note that the largest size there fits two standard sized check-in bags). That adds to the total cost of this place (vs hotel where left luggage is included).
