  : The Hotel is gorgeous, as soon as you walk in you see how beautiful it is.
  : The rooms are extremely outdated and there are no blinds so there’s sunlight in the room every morning with no way to make the room dark, it extremely uncomfortable.

  : our room wasn’t ready on check in and we didn’t have curtains the first night. curtains were put in the second night but they were still damp from being washed. this was a bit disappointing given then price paid.

  : Very pretty with old school Spanish interior. My room had double doors and was quiet but my colleague's room had a single door and music from downstairs was keep going till after midnight she asked reception to stop.

  : The traditional Spanish style of the house/hotel (with just 7 rooms)
  : Everything was really old from the toilet equipment to the bedding sheets and more. The hotel can do more to make the rooms more stylish and modernised in furniture and bedsheets and toilet and shower areas. For the price I paid I expected more modern comfort in a traditional house - the balance is key so that guests feel good enough to want to return.

  : Great location . Very nice staff. We did not avail of breakfast.
  : The room was prone to noise from the lobby and the Restaurant below us . Alot of this is due to the rooms facing a marbled atrium . The manager kindly offered to re-locate us for 2 of the nights, but we declined . The noise was really only an issue on the 1st night .

  : Loved the place when I booked it, and the interiors are how they look in the photos.The guys at the check in/out were welcoming and nice.
  : Unfortunately they didn't tell us there are roadworks that will prevent you from arriving by car/taxi and some hours from even getting at the hotel by foot because roadworkers may stop you.This is not something that happened unexpectly; they mentioned these works will last months. Though it's not something they can control, they can pay extra attention to their customers, and trying to help somehow, starting by notifying guests of the situation. Instead, the day we checked in, I was trying to get into the building and the only thing I found was two ladies in the office who started to laugh at me while looking into entering the building from one of the three doors at the front. Saying I have mixed feelings about this behavior is an understatement.

  : Rooms were old and had mould. Reception not friendly. Although not fully booked they refuse to allow one hour later Checkout . Road construction outside hotel so had to walk to catch taxi. Could hear neighbouring room
