  : aircon not efficient. Kitchen tap broken no hot water. fridge and freezer not in working order. washing machine and dryer not in use.The apartment is in a very noisy place so if you like sleep we wouldnt recommend it.

  : Most things were ok but it was not luxury.
  : It was not the same apartment that was in the advert. It was not luxury and the facilities were ok. The most disappointing aspect was no outside space even though there were many pictures in the advert that said otherwise. Given that we paid a lot more for this apartment than others that were available it does not represent good value for money. It was also very noisy through the night but that does happen when you're so central so I'm not complaining about that, rather warning other people.

  : The outdoor patio was just as pictured, beautiful. The house was spacious and had air conditioning which made the Seville heat bearable during siesta hours. The location could not have been better. We quite literally walked out the front door into the heart of Seville.
  : There were some issues with a leaky air conditioner resulting in water on the floor and some water issues/leakage with the showers.

  : We picked this luxury house attracted by the nice pictures with terrace. In reality we had a flat with no terrace and no luxury: a worn and dusty living room, a cheap sofa cover, both bedrooms with very basic furniture. This place should be more correctly described and advertised. Furthermore, when we checked-in and found one bed dirty with hair and dust, the first reaction by the owner was to inform us that clean sheets were available in the room, seriously suggesting that we should change them. Definitely not recommended.

  : The location was good.We managed to visit every important landmark by foot.The apartment is big and has air conditioning in every important division.The kitchen had the necessary appliances to cook inside the apartment. There were several supermakets close by for our necessary needs.There was also a laundry room, with washing machine and laundry detergent.The top floor has a nice balcony, despite not having any interesting view. Its houses all around and a church in one side.
  : The apartment was not properly cleaned. Below the beds was full of dust.Some rooms were not properly illuminated.The apartment had a questionable decoration. So many different styles which don't really match with each other. The living room has 4 celing lamps, all of them different from each other, doesn't make sense. But that is just my opinion.Also, the top bathroom had the siphon clogged up. Mid bath I realized I had just flooded the entire bathroom.The painting was badly done, with many defects. Some places were not even finished.My bedroom also seemed to have been a bathroom in the past. There were some plumbing appliances inside.The stairs to move between floors also had a very low ceiling. I had to bend my back to go up and down, which was not very confortable (180 cm).

  : I can't rate this exact apartment, as the host informed us a day before our arrival that there was an electricity problem so they have another apartment for us instead. The other apartment was just 5 minutes away from the one we originally booked so that was all good. It was also bigger it had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was nice. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Communication with host was good.
  : The apartment we were given instead of the original one wasn't as nice and modern looking but everything was fine. I can recommend it.

  : It was very dirty: dust everywhere, dirty and old sheets and towels. Old furniture. We even found insects inside. Do not recommend it at all and will never come back. One of the most awful places I have ever slept in.
