  : Excellent location, right in the old city, 5 mins walk to cathedral and to Plaza Nueva and the tram, a little more to the Plaza de Toros and the river. Lots of restaurants. Large room, king size very comfortable bed, kitchenette and well soundproofed. Windows that can open as well as aircon if needed. 2 keycards provided. Very short reception hours but they have door codes. Thanks for the upgrade.
  : Annoying online checkin with scan demanding that I download other tech as mine did not fit with their system. No way. Can fill in details manually but really this is the job of the receptionist and not the customer

  : Superb location. Pretty good size. Love the toilet has 2 basin with power plug for 2 ladies with hair equipments, nice!
  : The apartment cleaner came in the room even though we did not put the "make up room" tag. When we put the "make up room" tag, she didn't came.in.

  : Lovely accomodation and close to the local attractions. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very spacious. The staff very very welcoming, helpful and very pretty (Carmen). The coffee machine in the loby was a nice touch. The bathroom and shower was great and the check-in was simple and stress free.

  : This is a great base to explore the city. I don't think it is possible to be better located. And yet it was quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very clean. Getting the keys was easy. The office is open for a short window of time and outside this time you can get a code. Response time with messaging was quick. There is a nice fridge and stove which are perks, though honestly the food in sevilla is so good you want to be eating out. Still, nice to have the option. The air conditioning was good and I could leave it running while out (which matters when it is hot!)
  : I liked everything about the apartment. It is modern and new so if you are looking for a classic sevillan house, this isn't it. But if you want clean and comfortable this is great.

  : Limited kitchen equipment only for making a hot drink. No wine glasses. Only a very small coffee table, not large enough for taking two plates.

  : The location was very good, restaurants are close by and the popular sites are mostly within walking distance. We stayed one the first floor and sometimes you can hear noises from the outside at night but it wasnt intolerable. Room is also very spacious. Its like a studio apartment.
  : Theres a damp stench in the room so we had to get an air freshener. Recommend that you bring your own toiletries because whats provided was really bad. No hair conditioner is provided too. (Not saying that I expected these but if youre picky about toiletries, bring your own.) No bedroom slippers too.

  : So convenient to the attractions and the laundrette across the alley, excellent when you have been travelling and unable to do washing. Bed comfortable and like the kitchenette, no kettle though, but we just used a pot. No cups but they are in the communal area next to coffee machine but we now travel with mugs. Worried about early morning exit but reception, only there for 1 1/2hr each day, organised taxi day before and taxi arrived on time. Caught a taxi from bus station, only about 6 euro but not busy time of day.
  : Nothing , although you need to upload all your documents, passports etc, remotely, and you get a code to enter premises on the day but all went well.

  : The apartment is a very good and strategic location, just few steps from principal attractions like the cathedral, gold tower the real Alczar and downtown. Moreover the location is very calm and very close to many restaurants. The rooms are big and comfortable.
