  : Back deck is nice, beds were comfortable, liked the privacy, AC worked great and the pool table. Windows looking out the back we’re nice. On our third night, we got a call at the house on the landline that there was an accident on one of the major roads- not from the property but still nice to know. Propane grill needed updating but worked. Patio furniture was good.
  : Husband got in hot tub and ended up with a shard of glass in his foot, even though it says no glass out there and it apparently wasn’t cleaned. The WiFi is nonexistent- was told to try really early or late at night but never worked, dryer caught and melted our clothes (fire hazard?), refrigerator was shabby with drawer and shelf fronts coming off when touched, floors were filthy- our feet were caked with dirt the first night just walking on the hardwood. Water smells of sulfur, property needs a water filter! River access is pretty dangerous out the back, could easily get hurt on the jagged standing upright rocks that line the shore at our property, kids had to walk over to neighbors to get in. There’s no kitchen table and only one couch with a single living room chair.

  : The cabin wasn’t very clean. Ants in the dishwasher and all over the kitchen. Lots of pillows but no pillow cases. Gas grill was filthy and didn’t have propane. One roll of toilet paper, one roll paper towels a little bottle of dish soap something I think was supposed to be laundry soap and a little round piece of soap in the bathroom is all this cabin came with. Hot tub was GREEN!!!!! Very very nasty!!!!What in the pictures appeared to be a dining table turned out to be a pool table with ripped felt one cue stick and faded balls. The only decent bed was upstairs. Rugs and carpet are stained and dirty looking. All but one blind worked so you can’t see outside. Paint is peeling everywhere. The grass was high until someone cut it the last day we were there then the mosquitoes were unbearable.There are much nicer, better maintained places to be had. Smoky Waters was a total disappointment!

  : Loved the balcony and the open aspect of the cabin.
  : Batterys in both romotes where dead, and after the first day the water in the shower and in the faucets smelt terrible.

  : The View from the Deck was amazing. The upstairs Bed was very comfortable. Going to sleep listening to the river sounds is awesome. The host was available and corrected quickly issue with Hot Tub.
  : Some minor details missed added up. I feel the owner will correct the problems.

  : The ceiling fans needed to be cleaned. The mini blinds needed to be replaced and the furniture in the den was not comfortable. The bed was fine.
