  : Door was unlocked when we got there. Stains in the ceiling. Carpet was so stained. Worst Ive ever seen. Damage all over the house.
  : I called customer service about the issues. They didnt care. The granite in kitchen was cracked. Toilet didnt work properly. Water was slow to go down drain. Now I know why in the contract they have you sign it says NO REFUNDS. Because once you get there, you will want a refund and go somewhere else. I stayed there because some people rated it a 10.   : The sound of the river was amazing and so relaxing. We slept with our bedroom window cracked to hear the sound. Loved the hot tub! Plenty of utensils, dishes and cooking pots plus pans. Beds were super comfortable. Location not to far from town abt 20 min. Free tickets to some activities everyday of your stay for 1 person. We took my elderly mother and liked having a ramp to get her into the property, however the ramp was blocked by a picnic table we had to move.
  : We were thinking we would be able to see the river from the rental and fish during our stay. The trees block the view, there is one set of stairs down the road to get to the river. On the front deck top step was unstable, some trash and tree debris on the ramp going to back door and scattered around the huge mountain right behind the rental. The water is well water and has a bad smell. Only one set of dish towels.
