  : Location. Size of room.
  : The room was not clean (dusty) and it was very noisy. The toilet flush was by a pump that was in the room so if anyone went to the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke them up. That is, if they were not already awake by the time the door was opened as it was very difficult to open and close and had a very loud creak when moved. Lastly, there were many mosquitos in the room.

  : Check-in process was good, communications were helpful and clear. Location is close enough to downtown with a car, and has free parking at night. At the same time it's in a somewhat quiet suburb which was good for sleep.
  : Room was small and there is no toilet door, just a curtain. Some couples might be okay, but even then the bed faces the toilet bowl so that's a little weird.

  : It was clean and had everything we needed.Its difficult to rate the staff but they were easily reached by text and I received a call to ensure that I could access the property. Check in was online and I was able to download their app which gave us a virtual key. Quite easy really.The location was good- many shops and cafes within walking distance.Easy half hour walk down the hill to downtown Easy to catch the bus back from 3rd avenue which drops you nearly at the door. We paid for a room that included parking.

  : Easy access to public transportation. Good restaurants nearby
  : There was a loud party right across the street on Saturday night. If you want to have a quiet vacation, look somewhere else. Parking space was difficult to get out of.

  : The Art Inn was kind of central with an half an hour walk to downtown Seattle
  : I could hear rats or some kind of critter running around in the roof of that building. I wrote a review to the hotel but they never got back to me about that issue which is sad.

  : The rooms were lovely and clean. Very good size. I like the mattress but my elderly parents did not, keep that in mind when booking. We had a parking spot which was great. Location for us was good, but we did stay during the summer break so not sure if during school it would be different
  : The overcomplicated system in place for checking in. The concept itself is good - no staff there you pick up keys from a locked box. But why wait until the day of to call you? Or why not email us before with the code, instead of a call? This added a lot of stress and given I was using a different sim as an international traveller, it was not a good experience. Also the app is not well designed and the messages sent were not clear. The price was expensive for what you get. Based on this I would not stay again when I next visit Seattle.
