  : I came for a conference at the convention center. Splitting the apartment with a roommate made it less expensive, as convenient, and much nicer and more spacious than the conference hotels. The decor was bright, very Seattle, and it was a perfect place to sleep and retreat away from the crowds and stress of a high powered academic conference. The couch was comfortable and functional. The kitchen was well stocked with a dishwasher, allowing me to make my own breakfasts and eat leftovers after expensive dinners with colleagues. As a person who is very sensitive to smells, I was grateful that the place was clean without any overlay of cleaning agent smells or masking fragrances. You can get a Lyft in minutes to go anywhere in Seattle from there, and it is in walking distance of much of what youd want to visit. The people who greeted me, gave the tour, and worked at the front desk reception in the building were friendly and very helpful when I had questions or needed something .
  : A few things were not up to hotel standards. When I arrived the coffee pot was crusted and dirty, the only coffee in this coffee loving city was a sad container of Folgers. There was nothing to use for creamer. Give the time change from the East coast, I woke up well before the coffee shops, but I discovered that monorail coffee opens at 6 and is an easy walk away with extremely delicious coffee. The other sad thing was the shower. It was barely functional and not very warm. That combined with the fact that the chill of unusually cold January weather and a literal breeze of cold air coming from the permanently attached window ac unit (in January?) challenged the heating system and led me to add the low end to my header. Still, all those things were more than tolerable, and the aesthetics and convenience of the apartment more than made up for it. Id happily stay there again and bring my own coffee goods.

  : the parking was horrible. we got a huge run around about getting a second fob to get in and out. the customer service team was horrible. I was here to recover from surgery and it was not great.

  : At the beds are comfortable, though one bed is in the dining room and one is in the living room.
  : the carpets are stained. they really should be replaced. the dishwasher had a sign it was broken. the floor was sticky. The bathroom, has a rusty pipe

  : Location and layout were really nice. Amazing view of city. Perfect for a couple needing downtown access for several days with most of the comforts of home.
  : The reservation process felt disjointed, the booking experience on Booking.com wasn't really used by the operator. I attempted to contact them a few times via Booking with no response. They recommended I install their app and print out, sign, and scan a whole new set of rental agreement. I had to email a person two days before arriving, she didn't respond to emails and I had to call. She blamed my international number, but why advertise on an international platform if you are not going to offer good customer experience.Some of the furniture was dated or a little unsafe.

  : Having an apartment with a kitchen and parking was fabulous. The location was great (within walking distance of my son's apartment), and convenient to downtown Seattle.
  : The communication prior was very frustrating. I received emails stating that Vacasa and/or booking. Com had not received my signed contract several different times. I wrote a note about the dishwasher not having soap.

  : the location was very nice, close to the Market, stores, restaurants, train station and highway. it was nice that Vacasa let me check in earlier. the apartment was clean and beds comfortable.
  : the apartment is very old and looks far not as nice as on the pictures. portable air conditioners are too loud to keep them on during the nights. kitchen is also old, the dishwasher doesn't dry, the coffee machine and microwave didn't work. the bathroom is ok, old but ok. the washer and drier machine is installed poorly, the detergent door doesn't open wide enough. you can only use capsules. the drier time is 5 h (!). the parking space is very narrow. you need to be an experienced driver to park.
