  : The room and the lobby were funky and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent.
  : Booking.com did not make it obvious that the hotel would charge an extra $25/night for "amenities". Given an issue with our television turning itself on in the middle of the night, the hotel staff reversed these charges for two out of three nights. Still, while the amenities are nice as options, they should not be a mandatory add-on. The fee is a part of the nightly charge, and should be reflected in the nightly price.Additionally, the staff were very good but there weren't quite enough of them. This led to 5-10 minute waits to interact with front-desk staff, which was less than ideal.

  : Fantastic location close to both Pikes Place Market and the Space Needle/Museums. Everybody that worked at this place was so incredibly nice. I also appreciated them providing me with a small refrigerator so that I could buy some items from the market to eat later. Probably my favorite thing was those super comfy bathrobes.The air conditioning worked really well and it was in the 90s outside. Also, I felt like the parking was very secure. The branding of the hotel was very cute.
  : The room was not super clean. It looked good at first glance, but I noticed that one of my pillows had a strong dog smell when I was trying to go to sleep. The sheets that they advertise that they sell for over $2000 a set don’t even include a top sheet. The duvet covers that they put on top of the comforters were loose and sliding off and you could see visible dirt on the comforter underneath. Every time I took a shower the whole bathroom floor would get super wet, the door did not seem to seal well and our bathroom floor stayed wet for our whole visit. Ew.The sign out front talks about a bistro and bar inside of the hotel but I thought that was quite misleading. There was a bar with empty beer taps, and zero stock. You could sit at it with a drink or a snack that you got out of a refrigerator in the lobby. Seems crazy to me to pay $300 a night to stay in a hotel that didn’t even have an option to buy breakfast, but honestly, the price was on the lower end of what was available downtown that weekend because there was a big concert in town.
