  : Advertised parking, which is one of the reasons I booked here. Still had to pat for parking, walk in the dark, alone as a woman amongst the homeless and deranged. Condo is not the one I booked. Crappy communication. No address or parking instructions given until I was driving(which is UNACCEPTABLE) Bathroom had stained towels and hair all over the place that isn't mine. Key Fobs are a pain, and parking FOB didn't work

  : Location was good. Appreciated having three beds.
  : Check in was horrible. I have booked through booking.com many times and been satisfied. Vacasa and the building HOA were both terrible. The check in communication was inconsistent and incorrect. The HOA in the building is clearly not friendly to short term rentals and tried (successfully) to make it as hard as possible to get in. They required a personal background check, a separate signed rental agreement in addition to the terms and conditions I signed with Booking.com and Vacasa and a personal tour of the building. The concierge on site didn't know what was going on at all and couldn't even provide the rental agreement the HOA required. The instruction for the HOA contract was to "print out the email, sign it and scan it back" which I was unable to accomplish while driving or riding the train. For the background check they wanted me to email my date of birth and permanent address. I didn't learn about these requirements until the last minute. Original communication said to let them know when we would be arriving, which was perfect since three of us planned to drive together and would be arriving late. A subsequent message told us we had to check in by 4 pm, so I had to change my plans and be the only one to go by train. I was not able to ride with my colleagues and because the rest of the times were sold out or more expensive, I had to leave home by 8 am to be there before 4 pm. I arrived at 1:30 but the concierge wouldn't even let me set up my laptop and wait in the lobby or hold my bags in the storage closet. I sat in a coffee shop for an hour and a half to come back at 3 pm when she said I could check in. At 3 pm she said she couldn't help me and I had to call Vacasa. I called the phone number in the listing and it went to a personal voicemail for someone who didn't speak English. I called Vacasa and they sent someone over to help me and the family who was also standing outside in the cold.
