  : Close to restaurants and shopping that we come to Seattle for.
  : We booked thru a 3rd party however we called the hotel directly about needing early check in, as we’ve previously done. We’ve stayed at the Motif several times in recent years & have always been accommodated. Staff gave us empty, pat answers and did not come thru on anything. Waited 4 hours in the lobby for our room after walking around for three hours prior to that. Never received early check in. Never received a text notification as advised when our room was ready. Finally spoke with Anthony and he said that our room was in deed ready. If we had not approached him, we would have continued to sit in the lobby much longer. He was the only employee that was genuine and interested. we sat and watched him for hours, and his interaction with the customers was amazing. We had been up and traveling for over 15 hours by the time we got our room. We remained courteous and polite when inquiring with staff but the same was not reciprocated by several of them.

  : Wish I would have known about the pride parade, because many businesses were closed in the downtown area. Wecouldn't eat in the restaurant because pride had that areareserved in the hotel.

  : The location is good but they do not have amenities such as a toothbrush, robe, or hair blower (we needed to ask for hair blower but they didn’t have toothbrush). There were hidden charges too. They had mandatory $20/day fee that was supposed to give us $10 credit and free drink at restaurant but the restaurant server didn’t recognize the $10 credit :/

  : The location was excellent to transit for attending sports events , plus close to shopping , restaurants and Pike’s market!!
  : The check out process not customer friendly. No one could pay the night before check out.. had to all wait at 11 am at front desk area.. 233 suites checking out at same time. When travelling with a friend want to see bill ahead of time and put charges on 2 cards. Anthony at front desk was exceptionally helpful our whole stay!
