  : Location. Front desk lady. Swimming pool.
  : Beds were very uncomfortable. Couch and chairs were uncomfortable and hard to keep clean. Couldn't sweep because broom was inaccessible. TV glitches on and off.

  : Location was perfect! Condo was neat and clean, recently updated. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay.
  : Pool was closed for maintenance. Possibly would have stayed elsewhere if we had known ahead of time. One elevator was a little sketchy.

  : One thing that there waiting like was that upon arrival I was told a you guys don't have any handicap parking the swimming pool did not work was close and the Bedroom we had the beds hit the wall every time we turn at night

  : The room was nice and had everything we needed. Great view. Elevator was definitely a plus.
  : Parking was tight and not the best place to stay if you are handicapped... A lot of unused owner spaces, but limited spaces to accommodate the vacation renters. Difficult to get out of your vehicle once parked. No handicap spots and I witnessed staff not allowing a guest to use an owner parking space even to unload an elderly person with a walker when the unloading zone was full.

  : the location was great, and even though i didn't have an ocean front view, the balcony had a nice view, which could be seen from indoors. The staff was great, made sure that i knew how to check in late, responded immediately on a Saturday to my complaints about being cold previous night. The living space was big enough to set up sewing machines and the furniture was comfortable enough
  : No visitor's book telling you how to adjust heat etc. No extra blankets in case you got cold and didn't want to turn up heat. The thermostat for the heater wasn't working properly and if there hadn't been an gas fireplace, i would have been very uncomfortable versus just having to put on sweats and swipe the blanket from the other bed. Nor did i even know that the "Nest" was the thermostat until maintenance showed up. Kitchen had bare minimum for a person who likes to cook as far as mixing bowls, some kind of oven ware besides a broiler pan. Knifes were not very sharp.

  : Nice Location, can bring my dogs and great balcony
  : Run down place with water stained drapes and bright light shinning in room and Especially no venting system for air in the bedroom. Wish there was a broom or swifer to be able to sweep the floor and the Swimming pool and sauna were not working.

  : Plenty of room for two, full kitchen, convenient location.
  : The fireplace didnt work, the beds were not comfortable, it could have been cleaner and the furnace went out the last (cold) night we were there.

  : We didn't like the following: The room we stayed in. The bed wasn't comfortable. The furniture throughout the unit was outdated. The pool and sauna were closed.
