  : Did not eat breakfast. Location was good.
  : The room smells musty. Washer was not working and no door and fan for the second bed room. Coffee creamer and sugar was only supplied for 1 day. We stayed 2 days.

  : Close to downtown and walkable distance to most attractions.
  : Broken door in the apartment; couldn't close it so kids could sleep quietly. Maintenance came in and removed the door entirely as it was breaking away from the door frame. Lots of taxes and fees: $808 (room)+ $485 (taxes/fees). Gut punch.

  : The location is perfect. Couldn't ask for better. Staff is friendly. Pool was fun. View was nice.
  : The unit is so old and it shows. Also, it really wasn't cleaned much at all. They seriously need to update or at least get new furniture. Chairs at counter are stained bad, and carpet is stained. My daughter wouldn't sleep in the bedroom with two beds. Slept on couch. But loved facility and location. This owner just needs to update. I would stay at sand and sea again, but not that unit. 516. Felt like I spent way too much money for what we got.
