: very nice hotel in a perfect location, right in the center of Seaside. The room is comfortable and well decorated

: The house is beautiful.
: There was no AC in the building and our room was between 78 and 82 most of our stay. We had to run the exhaust fan in the bathroom in an attempt to cool it down. The upright fan in the room did little to cool us down. The beautiful clawfoot tub looked inviting until you try and shower. I almost scalded myself trying to adjust the water temp, then I ran into the faucet handle and the straight hot water almost burned me before I was able to turn it back.

: Quaint, location, breakfast, clean.
: One bedroom had no wardrobe and very small. No hot water available in communal room - had to keep asking reception to use their private kettle. Both rooms were facing the street so quite noisy. No one offered to help lift cases up the stairs.
