  : Easy check in. Very clean rooms.
  : Only heat was the wall fireplace.One of the bedrooms was in the front of the unit facing the parking lot. This room, #3, was at an angle so there was an echo from the other rooms and one of the guests (six of them) were up at night talking until after 1 a.m. with their door opened. They parked covering two spots so we had a difficult time parking close to the room. I called mgmt. (Wendy) around 11:00 p.m., explained the situation and was told someone would "look into it". The next day when I called the mgmt. they told me they "couldn't find the person". All they had to do was come over. It was very obvious.The kitchenette didn't have an oven (though when I booked it said it did so I bought a pizza) and we couldn't cook our pizza and when I called Wendy again she said all of the rooms with the kitchenettes with ovens had been booked and there was nothing she could do (we were one of those bookings.... how did we not get one of those rooms)?When we got there on Friday I let Mgmt know we didn't need room service but we did need coffee in the room. At 2 in the afternoon on Saturday we still didn't have coffee delivered. Based on the previous night and the lack of the coffee we decided to leave - giving the mgmt the reasons why. Wendy said they "had a talk with the guests the caused the noise and she was sure there wouldn't be a problem. I wasn't comfortable with this based on the fact that nothing had been done the evening before. It was a 5 hour drive getting there and we couldn't sleep until after 1 a.m. The kids were up early (of course!) and we were tired. I didn't want to go through another night like that or another day without having something as simple as coffee delivered to the room. Wendy said they wouldn't refund the money for that night because we were "well past check out time. Ridiculous given the noise level (there is a 10 p.m.

  : Bright modern inside; looks as though recently refreshed. Good photos of the location in previous times on the walls was an interesting touch
  : WiFi v poor and tv did not work. No one on site to talk too and we did not have a us phone to call.

Disappointing

  : Very spacious rooms. Loved all the extra room. It was nice having the kings beds which were big and clean and comfortable.
  : Two major things. First, when we arrived at 11:30 pm, the bedroom door was locked from the outside, so we couldnt enter the bedroom! Bed wasnt available to us. Luckily, I was able to call and reach someone, they said to use a paper clip to open the lock. After a few minutes we weee able to pick the lock with the paper clip and open the door. Second bad thing, the sofa bed was dirty! They forgot the to change the sheets! Sheets were wrinkled, bits of trash on them, and sand, enough sand on the sheets that it was not comfortable for my kid to sleep on them. Had to brush off all the sand and trash from the bed sheets. It was midnight and we all just wanted to get some sleep so my kid slept in dirty bed sheets. Yuck.

  : The place was awesome!
  : We lost the key in the ocean and it's a 150 dollar charge to replace the key, it cost 5 bucks to get a replacement. That charge is way too high. Also the neighbor was a creep and we would catch him staring in our room throughout the day
