  : Clean and neat, the location is excellent, also the keybox for the check-in is great. Staff is also friendly, but.
  : their whole approach is a bit arrogant.Firstly:the messages in the apartment are absolutely ridiculous. The this is not a hotel, this is an apartment attitude is dreadful, it gives an impression that you are not welcome and you also have to throw out the garbage yourself (not that this is too much for me to do but I literally paid for a service of renting a room on my holiday, not a room for me to live in indefinitely).Secondly:the check-out is horrible. Because they dont accept prepayment, you have to pay at the property and that is only possible between 9am and 10am (we basically had to be at highline187 at 8:00, make a quick visit there and rush back just so we could catch the staff before they left). I get that they dont want to be there the whole day, but one hour window is not enough.

  : Hosts expectations clear for a mutual financial arrangements. Close to the Castles we were going to visit. Cute house that fit the area. Easy check-in and out. Beds comfy and amenities available if we needed to use them.
  : The unexpected charge of 20 Euros if we used the kitchen facilities. We were unaware of them when we booked the room. Happily not charged as we got there late at night and left early in the morning.

  : Great Location. Great host, very helpful. Nice old building.
  : Issues with the internet coverage. No oven, just a hob. Bed was "tired". Decor very old fashioned. No comfy chairs or sofa to sit in, probably due to lack of space! The apartment was much smaller than other apartments we've rented in the area. As with, it seems, most multiple apartment rentals, it's VERY hard to know exactly what you are booking, therefore what to expect, based, on many photos of different apartments, in the same building, that are not CLEARLY labelled/allocated to specific apartment/rooms! Even down to what floor an apartment/room may be on!
