  : The apartment was huge - and well worth the cost we paid for the space.
  : There was very little mattress support, which made for a rough night sleep, and left me with a backache throughout the day. Also, they were doing some construction on the property, so each weekday, we were woken up by loud conversations and music around 8:00 a.m.

  : Nice and big apartment! 2 bathrooms. Nice kitchen and beds. Got new towels and bedlinnens after 3 days, that is good! Close to public transportation.

  : The facilities were in general fine
  : Travelled through 5 countries where we have stayed in different hotels. Unfortunately, this brought the least value. We came pretty tired after the trip at 12pm and tried to check-in. Receptionist Hamza checked our passports and told us it's not possible till 2pm - fine, in general it's standard thing.After walking around for 2 hours (btw it's super hard to find any clean restaurants with non-arabic food anywhere near), we came back at 2pmThis time Hamza told us that all rooms except ours were cleaned, and we have to wait for at at least 1 hour more. And that's considering the fact that some rooms had late arrivals, so they could be cleaned later, and we showed up way earlier so he (receptionist) knew that we'll come again at 2pm. After saying to Hamza that it doesn't make any sense, we've got the response, that this is the way they are doing things and they will not change it. That it doesn't matter when the guests are arriving and they clean more expensive rooms first. He spoke agressively and rude. After that he and his collegues sat right at reception and started to eat in front of us, told us to wait at least till 3pmPlease provide some proper training to your stuff

  : bed had very good strong mattrasses, quite a big room ( room # 15) and most of all the the excellent and most friendly staff who not only are very supportive but also anticipating any issues and safeguarding the customer satisfaction.
