Updated Savannah Home with Yard - Near River Street!

  : The neighborhood..met the neighbor on the no fence side..the house had the space we needed..no major issues
  : No instructions on how the lock box opens..lawn wasn't cut..the front and back screens and doors need replacing..there was old food in the fridge and the freezer was filthy..the rugs were dirty..no extra toilet paper..the pots and pans were so beat up we had to buy cooking pots..the beach equipment broken..the house is in need of pressure washing and maintenance..the TV only works in the family room...although the house was clean inside you could tell it wasn't cleaned prior to our stay..spider was and dead insects in corners..it is a very nice neighborhood and I would stay there again..no major issues

  : House is very clean,and smells good when you walk in and its so close to downtown and the tybee beach!!,its the perfect spot if you in savanah

  : Good Location! Nice quiet neighborhood!
  : There were 3 TV's in the house but only 2 of them worked. It took the first hour or two figuring out what remotes to use. There were 3/4 remotes for each tv. Several of them didn't have batteries.After several calls and text, the owner and contact person said that there was nothing that they could do. Since 2 of the the tvs worked don't worry about the other on. The contact person said she wasn't in charge of any of that. I stated that the paperwork said contact her. No HELP and RUDE. They also had to have the cable cut on after i called on our arrival. Don't Have contact people if you can't contact them!
