  : The location was excellent—within walking distance of Riverstreet! The roof top bar and Pool were a great!
  : The room was adequate in space but did not include any items for kitchen cleaning needs—dish detergent, hand towels, etc. A laundry room was available, but change/coins were required, and a change machine was unavailable. Breakfast was a buffet with no variety for a 7-day stayAirport Shuttle NOT provided!

  : The RTB food was good and staff was friendly.
  : The booking.com ad stated there were 2 tvs in room and there wasn’t. The breakfast was not good and not much of selection. Bed was made with mattress cover as a sheet. We’ve stayed numerous times at this hotel and this was the most disappointing trip there by far.

  : This is an absolutely wonderful hotel. The rooftop bar and pool had an amazing atmosphere, live music and was actually very family-friendly. The facilities were very clean and smelled amazing. The beds were comfortable. The location was amazing and it’s right on River Street. the rooms have a pullout couch bed, Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. The shower had great water pressure and was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly and accommodated any request that we had. I highly recommend this hotel if you are wanting to stay on River Street.
  : There is mandatory valet parking, which cost $45 a day plus any tips you leave, so that price seemed a little steep to me. The only other complaint would be the room was a little bit small and the view we had is of a construction site with some construction workers that came by the window, but there is a pull down privacy blind, so that wasn’t really an issue. There is really other, no complaints, because we had a wonderful stay!

  : After driving for many hours from South florida.My family and I arrived around 1pm. I went inside to see if the room was ready possibly, it was but an order to access I needed to pay a 25 dollar early arrival fee. I completely understand a late check out fee but the room was ready! I have traveled to many hotels and have never been charged an early arrival fee.Also I requested a city view on booking .com and I got a view of construction workers and a roof of trash! Awful awful awful

  : The room was nice, set up well and the breakfast was good we enjoyed it every morning.
  : The building is at the end of the riverfront and surrounded by big construction. It's a mess to try and go anywhere. Also, the only restaurant is the rooftop bar which closes when it rains. When that happens, you have no option but to fight the elements and go out in the rain to find a meal. It rained every afternoon until late in the evening. one other thing was the bottled water. I am used to water each day as a honors member but at this facility it was water on arrival and after that you had to buy water.

  : There's construction going on nect to the hotel, the noise is horrible. We were checked in to a room where the noise from the construction woke us up at 7am on a Saturday. Pool needs to be remodeled, old and ugly for what's suppose to be a better quality hotel.Absolutely nothing "wows" you about this hotel especially not for the price, service ok not great, no much front desk in the morning need for at night. If you're looking for an adult hotel with little to no kids this isn't it.
