  : Very peaceful location at the end of the street. Enjoyed being just down the road from Unicoi State Park. Helen was also a very short drive. The hot tub off the back deck was a lot of fun in the evening. We would stay there again.

  : Location was beautiful. Scenic & private. Decor was cute.Woodwork & huge picture windows. Deer in neighbors yard.
  : Hot tub/waterfall did not function. It was old, questionably unclean & loud! Motor sounded like a generator was running in the downstairsbedroom & downstairs toilet ran all night. Furniture was stiff & uncomfortable. No place to put your feet up. Needs handrail on front porch & by hot tub steps. Possible ramp in front for loading in & out luggage.Throw away urine stained futon,dusty old fake plant and get rid of useless pooltable.The loft is too small for pooltable.Tear out or steam clean urine stained carpet upstairs.Put comfy furniture on patios & in living room. 2 of 3 TVs need to be replaced. Cookware & bakeware should be replaced as well. I would make that a comfortable place for 6-8 persons & make some $$$ if it were mine. In it's condition now I wouldn't stay for free. I didn't get 1 nights sleep out of the 3 & left before our 4th.If it had been just me I would have left after 1 night.
