  : The room was very clean and roomy. Our King size bed was comfortable and soft. The breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to enjoy a patio concert on the property.
  : The shower needs to have a shelf for all the toiletries and a heavier curtain liner.

  : Bathroom and bed clean with fresh linens which are the most important items when traveling. Windows very dirty and lamps full of dust. Downstairs in dining area kitchen equipment stacked up in side room which does not make a good first impression.

  : We did not have breakfast. We did not want to eat outside and the restaurant part of the house smelt badly of damp and mildew. The bedroom was fine though, comfortable and quality bed. The owners/staff staff could not have been nicer or more helpful or friendly.
  : The house is old and looks and feels it. Being used to my own "old house" that was built in 1863 I would say that the owners need to tackle the damp/mildew issue asap. Also, their cleaning staff needs to be told that wiping doors and furniture is a necessity. Once that is all done it would be worth the fees that are charged.

  : The owners and staff were very friendly and personable. It had a restaurant and coffee shop on premises, as well as sells domestic and craft beers and wine. The free bottle of wine was a nice touch and they allowed my wife to swap it for something that she really likes. Although the coffee shop is open to the public, the coffee is free for guests. It is conveniently located about 1 mile from downtown, so it was easy getting to everything. There is a park across the street that goes to the water for sunsets. Besides their restaurant which is almost like dining in a library (the food was excellent), there is another place 2 blocks away.
  : On-site parking was a little slight, but there is an ample parking lot across the side street. I would prefer a coffee pot in the room, but it was nice to meet the owners and staff for a morning conversation each day, in the coffee shop. Being an older establishment, the stairs are not very deep, so they can be a challenge going down for an older person.
