: The location was great. the views were wonderful
: The home needs a lot of TLC. Coming from Florida, I understand that a home on the bay will have issues with saltwater intrusion, but, it was so bad here, that the plaster inside the house was blistering. The land scaping was in need of major work. The weeds were so bad in the lawn, that every time I walked my dog, I had to remove "Hitch-Hikers" and "Sticker Burs". There were several lawn chairs available, but only one was able to be used, all the rest were broken. Parking was okay, but I could not secure the gates. To close the gates, I had to put small boulders on the outside and inside of the gate. Many of the window blinds did not work, or were missing. There were several other minor issues, but that being said, all the faults I described were not enough to ruin my vacation. With the right TLC, this place would be magnificent!

: We like the large kitchen and it was in a quiet neighborhood.
: The house is in desperate need of maintenance. Several lights were out. The AC works great with the exception of the master bedroom. The master is always warmer than the rest of the house. The outdoor chairs were broken so we could not enjoy coffee outdoors. The wall in the master bedroom had gotten wet and was deteriorating and building material was falling off in the floor. There was a large hornets nest near the back door leading out to the patio. We purchased hornet spray. The door closer on the patio door was broken. Shrubs need to be trimmed and patio cleaned off. There was trees growing from the gutters. There was graffiti on the wall outside the house. The police came to make a report. The grass was over ankle tall and was mowed after we had been there 6 days. All 3 bathrooms have no receptacles so you can't dry your hair in the bathroom. It would be a beautiful place if it is maintained.
