: Spacious, modern apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Many markets and restaurants are within a ten-minute walk. Short walk to the port/promenade area, and also the bus line that serves Butrint Park and Ksamil.
: Oven did not work; I was told that this would be fixed. Bathroom could use a bit more attention; some fixtures were broken, drains clogged, could have been cleaner.

: The flat is big and the terrace is lovely, also the location is really good - right next to the beach. The flat was super clean and comfortable for two people. Overall is really good, the neighborhood is quiet but still has everything you need around. Despite a few things, its a good place to stay on holidays
: We had some miscommunication with the person giving us the keys (as we didnt have internet) and we had to wait for him in the street in the heat for almost 40 mins. Also the shower was broken, it worked but you couldnt hang the tap so it was a bit uncomfortable to wash your hair. Also, the last day we had already said we were checking out at 10, at 9.55 the cleaning lady opens the door, without even ringing the bell or knocking, it was kind of weird, as we had to leave immediately.
