: the internet was excruciatingly slow. I had to use my phone hotspot for video calls or go to restaurants across the street. the host claimed that the 2 Mbps speed was typical of the area. that is not true. my phone would get 26 and Layos across the street would get 50. if you need to work while you travel, this is not the place for you. also, the "kitchen" was a glorified toaster oven and a sink. definitely not a long term stay place.

: Friendly host who was helpful with tips in how to spend the days/nights in Saranda. The room was spacious, and the air conditioning was effective.
: The location is a bit off from central Saranda which took around 15-20 minutes to walk but totally price worthy due to a private beach area close by with crystal clear water and quiet environment.

: Host waited for our arrival even though we arrived very late. Good and fast communication. Private parking! Balcony is huge and view is amazing. Washing machine.
: Beds in living room are little bit uncomfortable, but i guess you should expect it when you know you will sleep on couch. Accessories of kitchen are limited and there was no toilet paper. These are only small issues, overall this place is fantastic and i would deffinitely come back 9,5/10.
