  : The view from the balcony was really nice and the room was clean.
  : No normal shower - just shower head above wc! I think there should be clearly written that there is no separate shower place. Breakfast was poor, coffee not good( the worst we tasted in all Bulgaria) and meal in the restaurant was really bad (we had dinner two evenings).

  : Great location for everyone who is looking for being in the mountain outside of big town but accessible via car. Nice view, good restaurant and good value for money. There's no luxury experience but great value for money. Hotel provides everything what you need when outside in the mountain. Warm room, simple facilities inside but everything you need is there. Clean room and nice staff. In restaurant the food is nice, also has a nice lobby bar and playroom. You can go walking around or make a longer mountaineering to visit 7 Rila lakes (via lift or on foot) or Skakavitsa hut and waterfall.
  : The only thing I didn't like is breakfast. Breakfast was included in price and It's one dish and you cannot choose in advance. As recommendation please allow visitors to choose one of selected meals in advance (previous night).

  : The location is fantastic! The nature around the hotel is simply amazing. The apartment was spacious and wide enough for a family of 4. The food in the restaurant was nice. It is located 15 minutes away from the Seven Rila Lakes Lift station. Great experience!
  : The bathroom was not the best. No elevator.

  : The hotel is one of the few in this location. The hiking areas are easy to reach and there is a beautiful view from the balcony.
  : The bathroom is very small and there is no protection from the shower water. But the most remarkable thing is the staff. A few have understood and are friendly. The majority of the waiters, for example, are not (indifferent, annoyed to openly unfriendly). That was very depressing. The breakfast is "local", i.e. at the weekend a deep-fried wheat bread with no choice. It's okay for the price.

  : We loved being in the woods and seeing the cats around the property. The hotel was affordable and the staff was friendly and nice.
  : The shower was practically impossible to use as it was right above the toilet (!) - just a shower handle screwed to the wall, no proper shower space or curtain. You would have to remove everything from the bathroom floor, sit on the toilet to shower (no maneuvering space for anything else) and expect the place to be flooded. We stayed only for one night and didn't use this weird shower in the end, which is a thing of essence when it comes to lodging. I don't know if other rooms are the same.

  : The beds felt like jelly, and the sheets came undone too easily, which made them uncomfortable.
