: Good location. Close to the beach. Big for a family. Three bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
: Housekeeping costs for the month were almost $450.00. This is absolutely nonsense. They charge you on booking.com, then add on another $150-$200 once you book. In current times, I could understand if the entire place was disinfected, etc. However, upon arrival there was no indication that the place experienced any form of deep clean. Additionally, areas like under the bed, behind dressers, etc. were extremely dusty. Again, not worth the $450.00 of cleaning costs you pay. All of this was discussed with management prior to arrival. Additionally, we had several issues with the internet. Definitely, not the place to come if you need to get work done. Internet comes and goes. Initially we were told to reboot the modem. This worked the first time. Second time we were a day without service. Someone from the management company came to look at it, and they were unable to fix. They gave us the number to the internet service company to handle the issue on our own - certainly not the most helpful or professional way to handle a guest concern. I explained that the internet company was not going to talk to us since we did not own the property - and they didnt. Fortunately, for us the internet came back on. Again, main issue was the instability of service. Lastly, there is lots of construction going on - 6 to 7 days a week. Not managements fault, as this is new developments in the area. There use to be a beautiful oceanfront view from this property - no longer. Still beautiful. But important to note. Lastly, I love the unit and the area. I am however confident after visiting that there are nicer properties and more competent management companies to do business with. If you are fine with the above concerns, this place will definitely work for you. For a month stay, and the off season price we paid, we were content with our stay.
