  : Everything. The whole facility, the staff, and location was outstanding. I will definitely come back to this property.
  : At novault of the property, one of the main water lines had a leak and needed to be repaired. 4 hours one day and 4 hours the following day... but, the property management refunded $100 plus applicable fees for the inconvenience. That's customer service.

  : We have stayed at the Dunes several times. This was the first time in 102A. Lovely condo , very clean except that two glasses were in the dishwasher, the washing machine flooded the room it was in and we couldn't operate the televisions. All of this was taken care of by 4 PM the next day, but this was very inconvenient for us, but all ended well. I asked for a discount for these issues and was given one.I did find the price misleading however as when I booked the reservation it was$105/night for 3 nights but the actual bill was almost $700 because of all the fees added on. Booking.com needs to make those fees available before using a charge call for a Non refundable reservation. Very disappointed about the actual cost; far mire than I was prepared to spend. Thus the ratings I gave.
