  : The location was easy to get to destinations
  : Today, we checked into the Ocean Park Inn motel in Santa Monica, California. The room has peeling paint on the ceiling. Peeling paint on the walls. There are holes in the walls and giant holes in the walls by the bed area. The front door of the motel room does not close correctly. There are holes and tears in the curtains. The bathroom tiles are cracked and dangerous. The television remote control does not work correctly. Screaming neighbors blasting music in the room behind us, I had to close the bathroom door all the way to not hear the noise from the other room.They close the front desk at midnight, so there to complain too. There is no telephone in the room. The towels smell like mildew. The shower is disgusting, and all the tiles look dirty. Karina, the office staff offered to move us, but that room was even worse. Karina offered a refund if we left at 8 pm tonight. My mom is frail. I live seven hours away. I have stage four cancer. So I needed to rest comfortably. I am not familiar to the area, and to start looking for a different hotel at night is dangerous.We had no choice but to spend the night. I'm extremely stressed out by this situation. The description and pictures of the rooms do not match the room we received.
