  : Good location, close to Santa Monica beach, shopping strip and bars and cafes
  : No fridge in room, extremely uncomfortable, hard and creaky bed, disinterested and rude reception staff (witnessed this to other customers on multiple occasions) and valet, floors did not get swept or vacuumed our entire stay, no air-conditioning in the room (only a fan), works being conducted onsite which we were not made aware of prior to our arrival and you can hear everything in the hotel with people slamming doors and talking, absolutely no sound proofing. Definitely would not recommend nor stay here again.

We had been in and out of the lobby for days and on the last day of our trip they left a note on our checkout page that I saw said “don’t give them their car until you charge forTheir room.” And the desk person had no idea what to do because the manager clearly didn’t want to deal with his mistake and leftThe note for one of his employees to deal with. Bad management. Elevator can only fit 2 people at a time if you’re using the luggage carts and is a super tight squeeze. Despite resort fee no employees help with the struggle it is to get their janky broken carts in there. Elevator also horrible gets stuck and you have the repress the buttons and hold the door close to make it move.Room was MUSTY smelled like trash and armpit. bed was uncomfortable. No view from windows just wall and tree blocking any view or sun. Restroom was small and the shower had such bad pressure and changed from freezing to burning hot water every minute. Constant noise and construction going on in the 4th floor kept me up during the morning. Didn’t give me a blanket only a sheet had to askFor one. No breakfast. No pool or spa, no anything remotely close to a resort so the resort fee is pretty flabbergasting. A motel like motel 6 best stay is the equivalent to this ugly musty rundown shabby wanna be hotel. 3 days for a queen sizeBed room costs us $1,200 after all the hidden fees were done. We had the money but this hotel painted itself as some nice resort near the beach and lied and scammed me at every opportunity.
