  : Nyda the hosting agent met me at the property and was kind, covid-safe, friendly and quite hospitable. She immediately helped with a faucet issue that came up later on in the stay. She was knowledgable about the details of the property and made herself available to certain follow up questions.
  : My overall stay here was mixed. The property itself is quite nice- very clean, nice towels, laundry in the apartment was nice also, location is perfect for so many restaurants, shops and the beach in Santa Monica. Our few complaints are twofold: there were within the building there were smokers on my floor who were in violation of the rules for this property- but the management co. took steps to deal with this. The smoke was still quite present throughout the floor but its intensity did lessen after the complaint. There were several nights of parties- so if you stay just prepare yourself for some day time music and night time party antics. We traveled on a holiday weekend so that might be a factor. But on the advert - the property lists that they have bikes available free of charge. When I inquired about them- the management simply said it was an 'error' and shut down the email conversation about it. Firstly - the management group sends this rather litigious and incredibly detailed, multi-page contract about all aspects of one's stay, details about the property and what and what is expected when staying there - with rather blunt implications that 'we will keep your deposit' if you are caught in any violations of these rules. By the way- they also state if you are earlier or later than the check in time of there are additional fees as well. So I find it rather unnerving to demand complete and total compliance from the renter under threat of withholding the deposit but simply brush off an advertised, free amenity like the bike rental- as an 'error' for which they are not responsible. I booked this place with the expectation that I would have a bike. Opulence Management's responses were to rent a bike from the nearby rental shops (which there are) and not address the issue point that THEY ADVERSTISED FREE BIKES and when pressed they did not apologize, admit the error and fix it but simply ignored the problem.

  : The property located close to Santa Monica pier and Sy who met us at the property to check us in was fabulous.
  : There wasn’t much to cook with at the property. A very small fry pan, not a great deal of utensils. The oven worked but control panel to work the oven was falling apart. The dryer also needed to be replaced. The carpet was old and clearly had some use of the years. It made the whole apartment feel old and dirty even though it wasn’t.
