  : Reception staff, pools, game facilities for kids and apartment very nice.24/7 WhatsApp comms with reception, with staff regularly checking on how we were.Heated pool was a treat. Table tennis and 8 ball pool were used regularly.On site supermarket, well stocked with great staff.Didnt use excursion desk, hair / nail bar or gin tasting bar but would have if we were their longer than 2 days.
  : Poolside sun beds, tables and chairs were tired and could do with updating.Although the hotel / apartment property is considered a community with independent restaurants, hair and nail salon, excursion business, supermarkets facilities etc all servicing golf visitors, hotel guests and residence, and not tied to the hotel itself, we selected this place to stay because those facilities were immediately on site. Unfortunately the restaurants bring the community down a bit. The cafe at reception was very dated and had a pretty small menu and some items out of stock, the poolside restaurant/cafe is family run and the customer service was borderline rude a few times over the two days to both my wife and my kids. Both places were out dated and have so much more potential. The hotel was packed but very few people seemed to use the community facilities and this has left us feeling unsure about a future a stay through no fault of the accommodation provider.

  : Beautiful and well kept. Rooms were amazing. Staff were so nice and friendly.
  : It's just a little bit out of the way. This hotel is very quiet. But great if you want to relax. We were there in October, in the summer months, it could be different.

  : The cleanliness of everything. The friendliness of everything. Comfort!
  : The pool bar. I didn't find staff very friendly. The area just to go for a drink was very tired. All tables in the nicer area were reserved? Which was only for food and drinks.
