  : location, clean pool with lifeguard easy access to local amenities, close to airport and staff contacted us to ensure we had transport from the airport, easy checkin. plenty of poolside beds. it was a bit of a mixed bag for the 1st couple of days until we adjusted our minds to all of the changes since the resort has seemingly been sold. as we had stayed there lots of times over the years this time wasnt what we had been used to, that said once we realised its now no frills, no reception outside of 4-7pm ( they do respond via WhatsApp) and limited amenities in the room or on-site - kettle had been stolen by previous guests and couldnt be replaced, we actually had a nice break, we know the area well so the apt just became a basic base. our 1 pan became the kettle and the small frying pan became the food pan supermarkets close as you will need to buy loo roll - think glamping without a tent there is efficient air con in each room. family time out was what we were looking for and thats what we got so it was a good break for us.
  : no housekeeping, thankfully we had pool towels with us or it could have been a little tricky with one towel for all purposes for a week room was very clean when we arrived though. the superior room listing from booking.com did not really align with the reality- honesty would be better.

  : I liked the apartment and the balcony
  : The place is like a maze. They dont show you to your apartment. Very hard to find everything straight away. Hard to check out aswell if you cant make calls in another country as theres noone in reception til 4pm. They also checked a man into my room while i was alone and naked in there as i had just come out the shower. I went to reception to complain, the receptionist looked me up and down and laughed and said "its no problem" because i am skinny.. i felt very unsafe the rest of my stay as a lone woman in a foreign country and had to keep a chair infront of my door the rest of my holiday.

  : Owners came and picked us up from the airport as we arrived very late at night and also took us back when we had to leave
  : The first room 307 when we arrived was dirty, the bedding was filthy and had holes in the sheet, the shower was blocked to the point we couldnt shower without flooding the bathroom, the balcony door didnt lock and there was a plug socket hanging out the wall. They came and changed the bedding and said they would sort the plug the next day. We spoke to them again and said we wanted to move rooms because its not okay. They then gave us a key to a room which was already occupied by other people and we opened the door and walked in on the other couple who were just as shocked as us, after trying to calm the other couple down who were rightfully surprised we went back to reception to be given a third room. This room looked like it wasnt used as much, decor looked newer. We spoon realised there was only one curtain in the bedroom, so had to take a curtain from the sitting room and put it in the bedroom so we would be able to sleep, the parasol didnt work so we couldnt sit on the balcony. We were told someone would come and speak to us about the mix up with the rooms and this never happened. Those first 2 days were so stressful and the rest of the week we slept in the room with a chair and table pushed up to the door incase they decided to give someone a key for our room! As a newly married couple it completely ruined the first 2 days of the honeymoon and the fact the owners werent even bothered about it was extremely frustrating.

  : Cleanliness wasn't upto the mark ,apartment was paid in advance but when I arrived amount wasn't appearing and they ask to pay again but I showed my bank statement of payment but it caused delay in check in ,there were no blankets available and water tap was broken and made noise all night and fan wasn't working.and additional suggestion ,there should be complementary water bottle be there to welcome the guest and wifi should be available at the apartment

  : Only the swimming pool was warm enough, and properly secured by locking gates access
  : Have been staying in this place recently, this is worst rental apartment I ever stayed, Reception only working from 4 to 7pmReceptionist have no English, so it's impossible to communicate for whatever needs...At the check in been told there is bar open from 9 to 21h. But it's opening whatever they want, lots of stairs to go to apartment or swimming pool, no wheelchair access whatsoever , been checked in in the room for 4 persons for another 2 bed has not been ready was no bed sheets or pillows left, and shower been leaking through to apartment below, so after couple days we been moved to another apartment, with great view, but the also was in pure condition.No batteries in remote control, terrace lights was not working, no washing machine, as it was advertised apartments have washing machine. No kettle no toster I had to bring my self from previous apartment,Fan in the Room was not working, No lights working in the corridor,Balcony railings was from timber in very poor condition, so it's dangerous for health and safety..And there is huge list left behind,

  : Having been left stranded at the airport due to an air traffic control problem preventing any flights back to the UK I had a mad panic to find some accommodation and was pleased to find this property nearby and available. The price met my budget and it was nearby so I didn't bother reading any further so when we got into the property we were very surprised and pleased with what we'd booked. A spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, with everything that you'd need for a short stay. The reception was only open for 3 hours in the late afternoon / early evening, but luckily someone was there to meet us when we arrived a lot later. Whilst we'd walked past the pool to get to the apartment it was a lovely surprise the next day to see the sea view, something that I wasn't expecting. Lovely pool and complex quiet despite being in the summer holidays. Close to airport, and less than EUR20 taxi journey.
  : Quite a few steps through the gardens to carry suitcases up and down, but lift in the actual apartment block. Those with mobility issues would struggle. My partner found the bed to be hard, but not an issue for me.

  : Not far from the airport, taxi cost 18 euro, at day time there is a bus 415. Clean, good bed.
  : The Ventilator and light were out of order in the bedroom. So it was hot and difficult to sleep. The bath is old and shabby.
