  : The room was clean and good for the value nothing fancy. There is no ocean view rooms in this hotel at all. The hotel is located a few steps away from the beach. The staff is very friendly. Ivan at the front desk was very friendly. I asked him for recommendations in the area to spend my day before going back home. His suggestions were excellent. He made my day!!
  : The only thing I did not like was that there was a leak coming from the ice machine right in front of my room which was Room #106. This room is located on the first floor near the ice and vending machines.

  : Lack of communication and unprofessional. The hotel was closed when I arrived. It had been closed for multiple days before my arrival. Nobody called or emailed to notify me or other guests about the closure. I arrived at 3 AM with luggage and my hotel is closed. Doors locked. Ghost town. Extremly unprofessional.

  : The hotel was closed for electricity problem and we never get any information that the reservation was canceled or the change to choose forother hotel… so we not only pay the $30 Uber from the airport to the hotel that we never uses, also when we was there they employ guy told as I have other room for you at the hotel family of this one … we never get change to see if was ok or not the hotel and I this got my family in a country that we never been with the Uber waiting because the employee from the hotel only told as don’t let the Uber go and the Uber guy told me something is not ok. So I have to pay that Uber in cash because they guy from the hotel basically told me is not my problems .. I only have your other room .. do you want that or not?
  : You can’t work like that. The only thing they give me the $20 from the Uber that I pay from the first hotel to the second hotel . And because I asked
